Well, there is a good explanation for this- smoothies with yogurt are somewhat easy to prepare compared to smoothies without yogurt. How to Make a Smoothie without Yogurt
Generally, there are two major types of smoothies- fruits based or vegetable based smoothies. But there are also other versions of smoothies such as savory and sweet. It’s true that many people will actually prefer not to use vegetables when making smoothies, but there are many reasons why you need vegetables on your smoothie. The idea here is to find the right type of vegetables to use. Here are some of the most commonly used vegetables:
Carrots – Well, carrots are one of the most recommended vegetables to add on your smoothie. They are also ideal when it comes to vitamin A. In fact, there is no any other type of vegetables that is rich in vitamin A like carrots. It’s always advisable to chop your carrots well before you blend them. The best way to go about this is to first put your recommended liquid into your blender, and then add your chosen fruits and vegetables. The reason why you need to start with the liquid first is to prevent the other ingredients from sticking to the blades of your blending machine.
Usually, you need about 30 seconds to prepare your blender and get it ready for your ingredients. After that you will just need to add your ingredients as advised above.
So, if you don’t like smoothies that are prepared using yogurt, you can try these tips to make one that doesn’t include yogurt. There is a wide variety of smoothies that you can prepare without yogurt, but the good thing is that they are all easy and simple to prepare.
