When I took out the ground beef I had no idea what I was going to make with it. I started thinking about my mom’s meatloaf but since I didn’t have a meatloaf pan I made meatballs and that is how the meatloaf meatball was born!
What I love most about this recipe is there is not a lot of prep time involved and aside from turning the meatball during bake time, it practically makes itself.

What You Need
1 to 1 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
10 crackers, crushed
1/2 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
Medium sized onion and bel pepper, chopped
How To Make IT
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray baking pan with nonstick spray.
In a mixing bowl, add ground beef and all the ingredients. Add the egg and salt and pepper to taste then mix together.
Form a medium-sized meatball and place in a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking flip the meatballs and cook for the last 15 minutes.
I served it with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. This recipe will serve up to six people.
